About Us
In January 2015, Chef Jorge Rojo opened Ro-Ho Pork and Bread in San Antonio, Texas. His idea was to offer unique, original and exceptional quality of the most famous street food from his hometown, Guadalajara, Jalisco. To achieve this he put together his experience in the restaurant business in Mexico (2001) and his education at St. Philips Culinary Art Program in San Antonio, TX (2011-2014).
At Ro-Ho everything is made from scratch, watching every detail, and keeping a small menu to offer the best quality possible. We want to make your meal here a unique culinary experience, transporting you to Mexico with every bite.
